From Exeter take A30 and follow signs to Truro. Take the Falmouth Rd, you will go past Shell garage on your left at top of the hill at roundabouts. After about ¼ mile take left fork to Constantine. Keep on this road until you come to the village of Constantine. You will come in at the bottom end of the village with Save The Children shop on right. Go to top of village and after Spar shop go left into Vicarage Terrace. Keep on this road going through the hamlet of Bridge. Keep going passing Trengilly Farm on left and then triangle of land advertising the Trengilly Wartha pub, do not go left here after about 300 yds go left on sharp right hand bend.

You will pass a farm on the right (Mount View) keep going, ignore turnings to left and right but keep going through granite posts with Merthen Barns signed. Keep going passing cottage on right and farm buildings on left, at end of drive the drive forks left and right, take the fork to the left and the house is in front of you.
